Heart of the Father Homeschool Group is made up of born-again Christians whose main focus is to please the heart of God and to lift up the name of Jesus. Our mission is to encourage and provide support for homeschool families and to anyone who is supportive of home education. The Bible is our foundation and guideline for all our decisions, activities, and group interaction. The Bible is also our cornerstone for resolving any and all conflicts.

Our mission is three-fold: Mothers, Children, and Families.

Mothers:
1. Empowering with tools to meet challenges of womanhood, motherhood, child-rearing, and home-education.
2. Refreshing through support, fellowship, and get-aways.
3. Encouragement through books, tapes, and other resources.

Children:
1. Fellowship in a Godly atmosphere.
2. Fertile ground where Godly character can grow.
3. Fieldtrips and service opportunities.

Families:
1. Uniting families with common interests.
2. Providing a loving environment for transition into the homeschool community.
3. Most importantly, providing prayer support

Statement of Faith

We believe:
1. The Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and constitutes complete and final revelation.
2. There is one God eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
3. The deity of Jesus Christ; that He was God come in human flesh being fully God and fully man, except without sin.
4. The virgin birth, the death, the literal resurrection, and ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ and His return.
5. Man is sinful by nature and that salvation is a gift of God received only through personal faith in Jesus Christ.
